ACBF Today marks a significant milestone in the ESTOA sustainable tourism and environmental conservation drive as we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association for Conservation of Bugoma Forest (ACBF).
This partnership aims to strengthen collaborative efforts in restoring and conserving the Bugoma Forest ecosystem.
Under the MOU, ESTOA member hotels and tour companies will now have the opportunity to book tree-planting activities, allowing both their businesses and clients to actively participate in the reforestation drive, where each visit can contribute to planting a tree, supporting carbon sequestration, and reinforcing ESTOA’s commitment to conservation and sustainabile tourism.
This initiative not only enhances conservation efforts but also offers travelers a meaningful way to give back to nature and mitigate their carbon footprint.
