We’re proud to share that our chairperson, Costantino Tessarin has officially introduced to members a brand-new latrine construction in Kyamujogo community at St. Peter primary school, built in partnership with Bugoma Jungle Lodge.
This sanitation facility is a testament to our commitment to improving the lives of our neighbors and promoting sustainable tourism practices.
The latrine will significantly enhance the school health and wellbeing, and we’re grateful for the collaboration with Bugoma Jungle Lodge in making this project a success.
Together, we’re making a difference in the lives of those around us!

We are proud to have achieved this goal. It took years, but in the end we were able to get the people who visited the Bugoma forest and participated in the activities organised by the Bugoma Jungle Lodge to set aside a sum of money that made this project possible. The interesting thing is that representatives of neighbouring villages were involved, priorities were shared and together this project was chosen. We are confident that you will continue to support us and participate in our activities, and we will also realise others in the coming years. Thank you all
