Bugoma Forest is more than trees it’s a living treasure. Yet today, its green canopy is being cut away for sugarcane plantations, timber harvesting, and charcoal burning. What was once a sanctuary for birds, wildlife, and fresh air is slowly disappearing. But Bugoma’s true value is far greater than what is taken from it. It protects our climate, shelters endangered species, gives us clean air, and sustains communities. Let’s choose preservation over destruction because once Bugoma is gone, we can never replace it.
